These terms have two parts, because two businesses are involved:
- Part A: Fadi's Meyerland, the restaurant. It provides all the information about its food, menus, prices and services, including the Allergy Notice.
- Part B: Nicks Web Shop, which only designs, hosts and maintains this website.

This website tells you about our restaurant, menus, daily specials, catering and private dining, and how to order. Sending a message through our contact forms doesn't place an order, reserve a table or book catering or an event. We'll contact you to confirm the details.
A2. Allergy Notice
Please read this before ordering if you or anyone you're ordering for has a food allergy or a dietary need.
- Labels are provided by the restaurant and are not a guarantee. Dietary and allergen labels on this website, such as "Gluten Free", "Dairy Free", "Vegetarian" and "Nut Free", and the ingredients listed in our menu descriptions, are provided by Fadi's Meyerland. They describe the ingredients we intend to use. They are not a promise that a dish is free of any ingredient or allergen.
- Recipes and suppliers change. We sometimes change recipes, ingredients and suppliers, and this website may not be updated right away. Menu descriptions are short and don't list every ingredient, such as those in sauces, dressings, spice blends, breads and desserts.
- Our kitchen handles common allergens. Our kitchen prepares and handles tree nuts and pine nuts (including almonds, pistachios, walnuts and cashews), sesame (including tahini), wheat and gluten, milk and other dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish and other allergens. Dishes are prepared in shared kitchen areas and may share equipment, cooking surfaces and cooking oil, so cross-contact is possible.
- Nothing is guaranteed allergen-free. We cannot guarantee that any dish, including one labeled "Nut Free", "Gluten Free" or "Dairy Free", is free of any allergen.

All information on this website about the restaurant is provided by Fadi's Meyerland, which is solely responsible for it. That includes our dishes, ingredients and menu descriptions, prices, specials, hours, catering, lunch catering and private dining information, dietary and allergen labels, and photos.
We work to keep this information accurate and up to date, but it can change. Prices and availability are confirmed when you order. If anything on this website differs from what we confirm with you, in the restaurant, by phone or on your order, what we confirm with you applies. Photos show how a dish may look, and actual portions and presentation can vary. We may correct mistakes on the website at any time.
A4. Ordering, delivery, catering and private dining
Online ordering and delivery. Online orders and delivery are handled by other companies, such as ChowNow, DoorDash and Grubhub. When you order through one of them, that company's own terms of use and privacy policy apply to your order, including payment, fees, delivery times, cancellations and refunds. Their menus, prices and labels may differ from this website.
Catering and private dining. Catering, lunch catering and private dining orders, including prices, deposits, guest counts and cancellations, are agreed directly between you and us, Fadi's Meyerland. Please tell us about any food allergies or dietary needs when you plan your order.
