  For orders $20 to $39.99 delivery fee = $3.99

  For orders $10 to $19.99 delivery fee = $5.99

  For orders $5 to $9.99 delivery fee = $7.99

  The more you order, the lower the delivery fee.

  Totals are calculated on food orders and before tax and tip amounts.
